The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo) has officially revealed a list of certified Set Top Boxes (STB) into 10 brands, which was originally only nine brands.For information, STB devices are used to support digital TV broadcasts.The Minister of Communication and Information, Johnny G. Plate, also appealed to the public to buy STB that has received Kominfo certification.There are four new brands included in the list of certified STBs, namely Evercoss STB 1, Nextron NT2000, Evinix H1 and Nextron TR 1000. However, the price of Nextron TR 1000 is not yet available in e-commerce stalls.The government plans to move analog TV broadcasts to digital, a maximum of November 22, 2022.
